Yo estuve alli con un grupo de amigos y cumpli uno de
mis sueños , compartir con los indigenas sus
costumbres, caminar en la selva. Fue muy increible,
nos atendieron muy bien, el baño en el rio nunca
lo olvidare. Pasamos una noche en la maloka, la atencion
es excelente.
Siempre que me entero que viajan a Leticia recomiendo
este sitio.

I never thought I would end up in the Amazon rainforest
let alone in Leticia, or see a lazy monkey, pink dolphin,
piranhas, or have little monkeys crawling all over me
eating a banana out of my hand. I have to say, I had
the best week of my life. Nelly was the most helpful
person anyone could ask for, she ensured my mate and
I had the most memorable time imaginable. Also, the
hostel we stayed at, was the most relaxed accomadation
Ii´ve ever had. Overall the Canangucho experience
was one of many firsts for me.

like visiting family. Chan is an excellent host, taking
care of all your needs, from the moment you book your
trip, he listens to your preferences and designs a trip

time there. You will have an unique experience there,
walking on the jungle with wonderful guides, tasting
local food, feeling what it is to be in the jungle.
This is not a touristy place, it is a place to experience

Canangucho es un hotel
ecológico situado en un ambiente natural. Dormimos
en una cabaña rodeada de arboles y sonidos de
animales, una experiencia hermosa. Cuenta con una maloka
con hamacas para charlar y hacer una fogata.
Lo que más disfrutaras es la ducha, la más
sencilla pero inolvidable experiencia de bañarte
en una laguna todas las mañanas, en medio de
la naturaleza.
Amazonas es impresionante, no olviden ver el cielo en
las noches, nunca habia visto tantas estrellas!!! Intenten
no ir a los sitios más turisticos ya que pueden
decepcionarse, busquen otro tipo de aventuras en la
selva y en el rio. No olviden visitar Puerto Nariño,
un lugar ecológico y bello!

when i was in the middle of the
amazonas forest it was felt like nothing i have ever
felt.
when you wake up in the middle
of the night - you walk out and in your flash light
you can see the eyes of tarantula spiders, poisions
snakes, just make sure you dont meet any jaguars.. hows

I was in canangucho in july after it just started. it
was a fantastic trip! i loved the atmosphere at the
reserve,
i felt like i was treated more like a friend than like
a client.
It was a great way to discover the amazon, we saw lots
of animals, met local people, did some boat trips, went
kayaking... and the staff is just wonderful!
